Cooking instruction-  PAN FRY:
1. MAKING THE WATER MIXTURE: 10 TSP WATER + 1 TSP OF OIL + 1 TSP OF CORNSTARCH
2. COVER THE PAN WITH OIL EVENLY, LINE UP THE DUMPLING IN THE PAN, POUR OVER THE WATER MIXTURE TO COVER 1/3 OF THE DUMPLINGS. PUT THE LID ON.( use 1 cup of mixture If you use 12 itch non stick pan, )
3. SET THE RANGE TO MEDIUM HEAT AND LET COOK 12-15 MINUTES UNTIL ALL THE WATER IS ABSORBED.  TIP: IF THERE IS STILL WATER IN THE PAN AFTER 15 MINUTES, TAKE OFF THE LID AND LET THE WATER COOK OUT.
